7 Day Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee.

A manufacturing defect is any issue that causes the product not to function as intended (e.g., not powering on, connectivity issues, etc.).

If your order is:

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

  • Damaged in transit

  • Missing accessories or parts
